Matchmaking Tips For Women - How to Schedule the First Date

Tip 1. Of course, you want to know who you are going out with, but it's possible to know too much about him and that could back fire. Don't search the internet and try and find a picture of him with one of the social networking sites. The picture is not worth a thousand words. If he is a high profile guy and you can Google him, this is really bad. What is written up on Google with regard to business has nothing to do with you and your first date. Let it go and just go out with him.

Tip 2. Google can backfire for you. If you do get information from the internet and are sitting at dinner and begin to talk about his business activities you learned, he will be freaked out. He will think you are weird and a stalker and spend too much time on the computer and not with people. There goes that opportunity.

Tip 3. So, how do you schedule the first date? Call him! You have nothing to loose. He might say no, so what. Make sure to be available when he calls. Make dating a priority for you. Ladies, be excited when he calls. This sounds simple, but it is key! No man likes a woman who is a downer. Make sure to go with the flow. If he is planning the evening and taking over, go with it. If it bombs, you can use it as ammunition for the next date and take over. At least give him the first chance. More often than not, it will be a wonderful evening if he puts his best foot forward to plan for you. And if you're really good, as with flirting, sometimes knowing when NOT to schedule the first date is just as valuable. Save it for the next time.

Tip 4. How NOT to schedule a first date! In the world of upscale matchmaking, these are the disaster tips on what not to do. What ever you do, don't use a phone sex voice. Big turn off to single men. Don't put him on hold while you finish up a conversation with someone else. A very big No No! When he asks you for your idea of where you want to meet, don't immediately pick the most well known restaurant that you would never go on your own or with your girl friends because it's too expensive. Get real. When he calls, don't continue rescheduling the night YOU want to go out. He will pick that up as being selfish and that might be your last phone call.

Tip 5. The over dater. Ladies, this is very important and please pay close attention to the matchmaking tips of the Universe. Don't schedule too many dates in a row. The scenario goes like this. You have a great time on your first date and it's a Friday night. You have a romantic kiss at the end of your date. He asks you out for Saturday and he learns you have a date with another guy. He will be crushed. The point is you must plan your dating schedule out more carefully. Build into your schedule the possibility that the Friday date might work out and you both want to see each other again tomorrow night.

Now you are probably thinking to yourself, why does he have to know about my date Saturday night? Don't lie, he will find out.
