Cheating Signs You Need To Watch For

Examine your marriage right now. Have you been getting odd yet strong feelings and "instincts" that your marriage is heading for something bad or maybe that you feel a weird aura in the air that makes you restless and insecure? If so, then maybe you need to utilize the signs of cheating and observe if your "loving" spouse is still faithful to you. Let me share to you two kinds of cheating or infidelity that might help in you in the process. 1.) The Physical Infidelity and 2.) The Emotional Infidelity.

Physical Infidelity

• Appearance- Is your spouse acting like a teenager again and fussing about the way they look? Taking heavy diets and working out in the gym? Now this could be good, if he or she is really interested in keeping herself or himself healthy. But if it's not something he or she normally does or it's not in her or his attitude to care, then it's an obvious sign of cheating.

• Behavior- What are your spouse's daily activities ever since you got married? Does he or she still do it now? Or are you being caught off guard by their new behavior? Is she or he mostly "outdoors" than "indoors? And do they prefer to hang out with their "circle of friends" more than with you on the weekends? Answer these questions and see what your conclusion will be.

• Gadgets- specifically the computer and cellular phones. If before they are more preoccupied with office work or any other kind of work, you observe them talking, texting or chatting. What's more suspicious is the fact that they don't want you snooping around and be in the same room with them if they do so. If they look like they're hiding something, don't second-quess anymore, because they are.

• Finances- You know that your spouse is  usually thrifty and plans his or her budget carefully and thoroughly, it will be a shock if you suddenly see a new pair of expensive clothing or accessory, especially if there's no special occasion coming up. What's worse? He or she neglects your needs together in the house like maybe…the groceries?

Emotional Infidelity

• Sex- number one on the list. If they feel reluctant, distant or like a scientist experimenting (like they got a new "technique" from somewhere else), then it's either you forgot it's their birthday or their thinking of "someone else"

• The JF statement- in other words, when you ask them about this particular co-worker or person and their status of relationship, they would flatly say in a showbiz manner "We're Just Friends."  Without going in too much detail and hastily changing the topic. Now why would they do that?

• Space: Now you know something's not right when they ask for space just out of the blue. Now, if you're sure and being absolutely honest with yourself on the fact that you did not do anything wrong to give her a reason to cheat, then you have the right to be suspicious when your spouse demands for space for a long period of time, especially if there not exactly clear reason or reasons as to why he or she needs it. Is it really because they need to get their feelings straight?

• Privacy- almost like the previous, this is concerning on your relationship as a married couple. If those things that you once share or talk to as a loving and caring couple, such as personal problems and daily experiences, if these all seems distant and it's hard for them to open it all up to you, then you have to be worried. Did you do something wrong or not? Is it you or is it your spouse? And do you feel that the more you try to get closer to your spouse, the more he or she tries to shun you completely?
